Contributing to community and investing in the empowerment of others is the cornerstone upon which House of Kiran is built. Whether it's through teaching free classes, fundraising or scholarships, HoK is committed to building goodwill across a variety of communities and causes including having established the Maple Batalia Memorial Scholarship for the Arts at Emily Carr University in Vancouver and producing major fundraising events for organizations such as Canada's Speech and Stuttering Institute. HoK's event "Speaking of Shakespeare..." was headlined by Canadian theatre legend Brent Carver and raised over $60, 000 for the institute.
